A TRADE SHOW FLOOR CHALLENGE
For our presence at ExhibitorLive, the largest trade show dedicated to trade show professionals and services, Live Marketing wanted to capture leads on a limited budget. Knowing attendees were road warriors, we developed a business travel theme with a celebratory twist. With an out-of-the-way footprint of just 20'x20', we created a VIP lounge and developed a campaign to drive attendees to our booth for a drink and a chance to win prizes.
We leveraged the show emailing list to drive attendees to a microsite that hyped our activation and showcased our work.
With eye-catching graphics, the booth evoked an airport VIP lounge, complete with signature cocktails.
Greeters walked attendees through a capabilities presentation and offered a chance to play a simple "spin & win" game with fun branded prizes.
A two page advertising spread in the show program created additional awareness.
We carried our travel theme over to a branded "boarding pass" invitation that qualified attendees for a special prize.
