PROVIDING FIRST AID FOR AN AILING BRAND 
LasikPlus, a national vision health provider, suffered from a lack of brand distinction. Consumers thought of them as the "McDonald's of laser eye surgery." 
We developed a media campaign that gave their brand style a more sophisticated look and feel, while conveying the key benefits of the surgery. 
We also redesigned the structure of their home page and online appointment scheduling tool to improve brand perception and usability.
